Terms of Service

By accessing or using GhostFund services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. GhostFund is not a bank — it is an investment fund that allows users to make investments directly into verified businesses.

Non-Custodial Role

GhostFund operates solely as a technology service connecting contributors with verified projects. The Platform provides transparency and visibility into contributions but does not process, hold, or manage funds. All financial transactions are executed through third-party payment processors.

User Obligations

Users must be at least 18 years old and agree to use GhostFund solely for lawful purposes. Users must not misrepresent their identity, interfere with Platform operations, transmit harmful code, or engage in activities exposing GhostFund or users to legal risk.

Legal Status

GhostFund is a technology service provider incorporated in Zimbabwe. The Platform does not act as a bank, financial intermediary, or fundraising manager. All monetary transactions are executed through third-party providers. GhostFund assumes no responsibility for custody, transfer, or settlement of funds.

Listed Company Obligations

Companies listed on GhostFund must honor contributor returns as specified in their documentation. Failure to meet obligations constitutes breach and may result in removal. If unable to repay in cash, companies must provide alternative compensation equal to 2x the promised returns.

Dispute Resolution

All parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication facilitated by GhostFund. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zimbabwe courts.

Limitation of Liability

GhostFund shall not be held liable for damages arising from platform use or inability to use. This applies whether liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, or strict liability. Investment carries risk and GhostFund does not guarantee returns.

Modifications

GhostFund may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or email.
